Refund & Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, as long as you contact us within 14 days of receiving the item, we will process your return/exchange request. Any request made after 14 days will not be honored. Please be sure to contact us by email ( [email protected] ) first .

Conditions of exchange and return

Return of wItems without authorization will not be accepted .

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt .

All items must be in the same condition as you received them, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. You'll also need a receipt or proof of purchase .

When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that provides tracking information .

Non-returnable items :

Sale items or gift cards are non-refundable .

Damages and losses caused by customers are not refundable .

General return process

Initiate a return: Email us at [email protected]  with photos and/or videos of the item(s) and your order number. Our customer service team will determine the eligibility of your return request within 3 business days .

Returning the item: If your return is accepted, we'll send you the return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. (Note: Returned items without authorization will not be accepted.) We recommend sending your return/exchange using a shipping method that provides tracking information and a signature, as we will not be responsible for any loss of your return/exchange .

Refund or Exchange: When we receive your return/exchange, we will inspect the item within 3-5 business days, and then either provide you with a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund .

Return charge

If the return is due to our problems (such as: wrong products, product quality problems), we will provide a full refund ;

If the return is due to buyer's problems (such as: don't like/don't want the item, ordered wrong product/size), buyer should pay the shipping cost .

No restocking fee will be charged to consumers for the return of a product .

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2-3 business days .

If you haven't received your refund within 2-3 business days, please check your bank account again. Then, contact your bank or credit card issuer. It may take some time for your refund to become official. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected] .

Note: We do not refund original shipping charges .

Order cancellation

We can cancel your order for you if you contact us promptly after your purchase. If your payment has been completed and the package has not been shipped, you can cancel your order before your item is delivered. We will refund you in full .

Orders cannot be cancelled once the package has been shipped .
